Bhakta, who has worked at Apple for the past four years, says he was prevented from discussing his work on the podcast. Additionally, he was instructed to remove information about work conditions from his LinkedIn profile.

In this regard, a statement issued by an Apple spokesperson said that the claims made in this legal case are not true and that the company’s workers are given annual training on their rights to discuss their working conditions.
