Zomato-owned food delivery platform Blinkit has released the Secret Santa feature for the Christmas season. As the name suggests, Secret Santa is a term used to describe the exchange of gifts between unknown people. Blinkit has also brought this tradition to its app. The feature was announced by the company’s CEO himself on social media and also gave some information about it. Through the new feature, people can create groups, assign Santa and order gifts.

Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa explained about the new Secret Santa feature released on the platform through a post on X. He explained how this feature works. In his post, Dhindsa wrote, “Introducing Secret Santa by Blinkit! This is a new feature we’ve created that allows anyone to: create a Secret Santa group, invite friends and hire Santa, exchange gifts, and more.” It allows you to set the place and time for the order and finally place the order. According to the CEO, the gifts will be delivered within 10 minutes.

How to use Secret Santa feature on Blinkit

First of all open Blinkit app.
Now tap on the Christmas category and select “Ready for Secret Santa?” Tap Banner.
Now you have to create a group, in which you have to invite your friends or relatives.
The app will automatically assign Santa.
Now the date, time and place have to be set where the gifts will be exchanged.
Gifts can be ordered from Blinkit.
