AccordingGoogle has canceled the decision to make Pixel Tablet 3, which is internally codenamed Kiyomi. This decision was apparently taken last week, when all the teams involved came to know about it. The people who were working on Pixel Tablet 3 have been moved to other projects inside Google.
Now it looks like the upcoming Pixel Tablet 2 will be Google’s last tablet for at least a while. The special thing is that unlike its previous model, it can get an official first party keyboard case. However, one strange thing is that no upgrade is coming for it.
This news makes it clear that Google is not paying much attention to the tablet sector. The company is not bringing tablets in the Android segment, due to which Apple is ruling the entire market. This tablet is equipped with Tensor G2 processor. The tablet also has a side mounted fingerprint scanner for security. This tablet works on Android 14 operating system. Talking about camera setup, an 8-megapixel primary camera is provided in the rear of this tablet. An 8 megapixel selfie camera is provided in the front. This tablet has a 27Wh battery which can provide playback time up to 12 hours. Connectivity options include USB Type C port, Wi-Fi 6 and 3 microphones.
