Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design Has been launched in China. This is the third model of the Magic 7 series, which is slightly different in looks from the Pro model of the series, but comes with almost the same specifications. Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition chipset is available in the new Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design. As the name suggests, this special edition features design elements from the Porsche car. Another highlight is the 200MP telephoto camera included in it. The phone comes equipped with up to 24GB RAM and up to 1TB storage.

Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design has been introduced in Agate Gray and Provence Purple shades. It gets two variants, of which the base variant comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, which is priced at 7,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 93,000) in China. There is also a top-of-the-line 24GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration, which is priced at 8,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 1,05,000).

The Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design is shipping with Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0. It has a 6.8-inch full-HD+ (1,280 x 2,800 pixels) LTPO OLED display, which supports up to 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits HDR peak brightness. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition chipset, with which up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage has been added.

The Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design sports a triple rear camera unit, which includes an OIS supported 1/1.3-inch 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The periscope shooter supports up to 100x digital zoom and 3x optical zoom. At the front, it has a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera and 3D depth camera.

The handset is IP69 and IP68-rated for dust and water resistance. It has 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor with 3D face unlocking. The phone supports two-way Beidou satellite text messaging, which allows users to communicate via satellite system when there is no ground network signal. At the time of writing this news, this facility is limited to the Chinese market only.

The Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design packs a 5,850mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging, 80W wireless fast charging, and wireless reverse charging. It is claimed that the phone has achieved Swiss SGS Multi-Scenario Gold Label five-star glass scratch and drop resistance certification. Its Glory King Kong Giant Rhino Glass coating is advertised to be 10 times scratch-resistant and 10 times drop-resistant compared to the Honor King Kong Giant Rhino Glass and ordinary glass with the same weight carrier.
