Ratan Tata Death News: Industrialist and former chairman of Tata Sons, Ratan N Tata died at the age of 86 at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Wednesday. Ratan Tata’s demise, which has sent the whole country into mourning, was confirmed by Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran in a statement which reads -“It is with a profound sense of loss that we bid farewell to Mr. Ratan Naval Tata, a truly uncommon leader whose immeasurable contributions have shaped not only the Tata Group but also the very fabric of our nation.” He also said that for the Tata Group, Mr. Tata was more than a chairperson. And to him, he was a mentor, guide and friend.
How Did Ratan Tata Die? As per the initial reports, the former Tata Sons chairman Ratan Naval Tata , was admitted to the hospital following a sudden drop in his blood pressure. However, Mr Tata had shared a post dismissing these claims, saying it’s only age and related health complications which has landed him at the Mumbai hospital and that he is doing fine. Taking to X, the veteran industrialist wrote: “I am currently undergoing medical check-ups due to my age-related medical conditions. There is no cause for concern. I remain in good spirits.” He also urged the public and the media to refrain from “spreading misinformation” about his health condition after he was taken to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai.
