Ola Electric Hires Consultant to Improve its Service Network

Ola Electric, one of the big electric two-wheeler companies, is facing customer dissatisfaction regarding its service. The company has hired consulting firm Ernst & Young (EY) to help solve this problem. Nearly 10,000 complaints have been lodged by customers on the National Consumer Helpline in the last 12 months against the company.

The Central Consumer Protection Authority has also issued a show cause notice to Ola Electric.
