Ola Electric Increase its Network to 4,000 Stores, To focus on Customer Service

Ola Electric, one of the largest electric two-wheeler companies, said on Wednesday that it has increased the number of its stores four times. The company has 4,000 stores. Customers will also get service facilities at these stores. Apart from big cities, Ola Electric has also expanded its network in small towns and cities.

On this occasion, Ola Electric has offered benefits like discounts and free warranty on its electric scooters. A discount of up to Rs 7,000 is being given on the company’s S1 range of electric scooters. Apart from this, a free warranty of Rs 7,000 for 8 years or 80,000 kilometers will be given on the batteries of electric scooters. There is a benefit of Rs 6,000 on the company’s MoveOS. You can get a discount of up to Rs 5,000 on purchasing an electric scooter through credit card EMI.

Ola Electric has also announced the release of MoveOS 5 beta for its electric scooters. MoveOS has been provided as the operating system in the company’s S1 electric scooters. The same operating system will also be used in its electric motorcycles. With MoveOS 5, features like group navigation, live location sharing and road trip mode through Ola Maps will be available. Apart from this, features like smart charging, smart park and TPMS alert will also be added.

For the last few months, the company has faced problems due to complaints regarding lack of service. Earlier this month, the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) had asked to provide additional documents regarding the notice given to the company on alleged violation of consumer rights and unfair trade practices. In October, the CCPA had issued a show cause notice to the company regarding alleged violation of consumer rights, misleading advertisements and unfair business practices. Ola Electric has also made efforts to resolve service related complaints. In this context, the company has expanded its sales and service network.
