OnePlus Ace 5 phone will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, while Ace 5 Pro will get more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The report also suggests that the Ace 5 will get BOE’s flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution, which is a big change from the Ace 3’s curved screen. It will support 100W wired fast charging, although there will be no wireless charging. Ace 5 Pro will have BOE’s X2 flat screen, whose resolution is also 1.5K.
The camera system of the Ace 5 Pro is expected to get an upgrade, with a Sony IMX906 primary camera and an ISOCELL JN1 telephoto sensor, which will use the same image processing technology as the Find X8 series. Both the IMX906 and JN1 are 50 megapixel sensors. Ace 3 Pro was launched in the Chinese market for CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs 37,823). However, due to the earlier release schedule and Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the price of Ace 5 Pro may be higher.
