Oppo to soon launch foldable smartphone Find N5, may get Sony primary camera

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo’s foldable smartphone Find N5 can be launched soon. It will replace the Find N3 that was introduced in October last year. Some leaks have revealed the specifications of this book-style foldable smartphone. In some international markets it can be brought as OnePlus Open 2. OnePlus Open was also a rebranded version of Find N3.

Tipster Smart Pikachu posted a post on China’s microblogging platform Weibo Post It has been reported that Oppo’s Find N5 can be launched in the first quarter of next year. This foldable smartphone may have Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite as its processor. This smartphone may have a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit inside a circular module. It may be thinner and lighter than the Find N3. Earlier in some leaks it was said that this smartphone can have a display with 2K resolution. A 50 megapixel Sony primary camera can be found in it. Alert slider can also be provided in this smartphone.

Oppo’s Find X8 series will be launched in the country next week. Find X8 Ultra can be included in this series along with Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. However, the company has not confirmed this smartphone. Recently, tipster Digital Chat Station had given information about a prototype device of the company in a post on China’s microblogging platform Weibo. It has Snapdragon 8 Elite as its processor. This smartphone has a new Hasselblad camera. This device could be Find X8 Ultra. Ultrasonic fingerprint reader can be provided in it.

The BOE X2 LTPO OLED panel of this smartphone can be with quad-curved edge screen. This tipster claims that the prototype device has a 6.82-inch display with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The company’s Find X8 series has been brought to China. Find X8 of this series has a battery of 5,630 mAh and Find X8 Pro has a battery of 5,910 mAh. The Find X8 Pro features dual periscope telephoto cameras with artificial intelligence (AI) support. Find X8 has a 6.59 inch display and Find X8 Pro has a 6.78 inch display.
