As the name suggests, the Mijia Smart Steam Oven S1 30L is a 30L capacity oven equipped with smart connectivity. Many cooking modes and presets are available in it. The company says that it is suitable for families of 2 to 6 people. It has a 360° heat circulation system with an 1800W fan for even cooking from all sides. It supports a baking temperature range of 40°C to 230°C. The temperature can be increased or decreased by 1 degree Celsius.
For steaming, it features a 1600W double direct-injection system with steam release in 30 seconds and adjustable temperatures of 60°C, 100°C and 120°C. There’s also an air frying mode, which offers a low-fat option, allowing food to be cooked with up to 8.1% less oil. There is also a roast mode to maintain moisture in the food.
Users can access 80 smart recipes through an app on a smartphone or tablet. It also includes Xiaomi’s Xiao AI voice interaction, with which users can set multi-stage cooking cycles. The oven includes five auto-cleaning modes, including one with a high temperature steam disinfection function. For safety, it comes with a triple-layer tempered glass door.
