The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype recently completed a race at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, a tough track that is often used for testing high-performance vehicles. Designed with a full carbon fiber body, the weight of the car is 1900 kg, which promotes strong acceleration and top speed. The SU7 Ultra has a powerful electric drivetrain that produces a combined output of 1548 hp. This SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.97 seconds. Its top speed is 350 km per hour. The braking system is also quite impressive, with a stopping distance of 25 meters from 100 km/h.
Xiaomi is going to hold a launch event in late October, in which the Xiaomi 15 series and Xiaomi Pad 7 series will be introduced along with other products. This event may also focus on the arrival of SU7 Ultra as well as Xiaomi EV roadmap. Xiaomi SU7 crossed a strong sales figure of almost 16 units in September, which is the fourth consecutive month of sales of more than 10,000 units. After reaching the target of 20 thousand units in October, the company has made changes in the production line with AI and smart manufacturing.
